Welcome. Before you use Zeepit, here are the rules you agree to by downloading and using the app. We've kept it as simple as possible — no impenetrable legalese.

1. The publisher

2. What Zeepit does

Zeepit is a mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets you transform text or audio files (transcription, summary, read-aloud, translation) that you share with it from other apps via the system "Share" button.

3. Your account (or rather, the lack of one)

Zeepit works without an account. Your identity is your device. If you switch phones, your history stays on the old one. Pro billing is handled by your App Store / Play Store.

4. Free plan & Pro subscription

• Free: limited use (monthly quotas), basic voices, short transcriptions.
• Pro: unlimited zeeps, premium voices, audio up to 2 hours. Pricing: €3.99/week or €29.99/year (3-day free trial).
• Automatic renewal unless canceled. Cancel any time from your App Store / Play Store.
• No pro-rated refunds. Apple / Google terms apply on top.

5. Your commitments

You use Zeepit for your personal or professional lawful use. No illegal content (hateful, violent, counterfeit, child sexual abuse material, etc.). No massive automated use (scraping, API abuse).

6. Intellectual property

The "Zeepit" name, the logo, the Zee mascot and the design are ours. The content you share with Zeepit stays yours. We claim no rights over your voice notes, your texts or your transformations.

7. AI and service quality

Zeepit uses AI models (transcription, summary, translation, TTS). We do our best on quality, but no AI is perfect. Double-check critical results before relying on them in a professional or legal context.

8. Availability

We aim for 99% uptime, but we don't guarantee any SLA. Maintenance, outages or updates may interrupt the service from time to time.

9. Liability

Zeepit is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a summary or a transcription. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us over the last 12 months (often €0 for Free users).

10. Changes

These Terms may change. We'll let you know in the app for any material change. Continuing to use Zeepit after a change counts as acceptance.

11. Termination

You can uninstall the app at any time. We can terminate an account that breaches these Terms.

12. Governing law

French law. Disputes → consumer mediator then French courts.
